Have you ever done something completely selfless? Kristin has! Kristin participated in the “Komen Race for a Cure” cancer walk in early October. She engaged in the walk because her grandma died of the disease. This was all done at the Finley Stadium.

Kristin is an experienced newspaper staff member at Red Bank Middle School, and she has been a part of the RBMS newspaper staff since 6th grade. Her favorite article she wrote is “Hey Bully”, which can be found at the RBMS Newspaper website, http://rbroar.blogspot.com/.

Kristin’s favorite thing to do in school is hang out with friends. Her favorite teacher is Mr. Kizziah because he makes his class fun for everyone. But her least favorite class is math because of all the homework. But all in all, she loves RBMS.

Kimbra is in the 8th grade and is on the Alpha Team. She is 13 years old, about to turn 14. Her favorite subject is science. Her best subject is also science. At school, her favorite teacher in the 8th grade is Mrs. Brooks.  Her best friend is Xavier Doss.

Kimbra's favorite book is called, “The Boy That Went Into The Girl’s Bathroom” by  Louis Sachar. When she grows up, she really doesn’t know what she was to be. When she first notices a person, she notices their character. Whenever she wants to get to know someone, she tries to ask as many questions.  If she can be anyone, she would be herself.

Mattie By Robyn

image.jpg
If you ever watched the show YU GI OH, you have seen anime. Anime is an art form from Japan that is very colorful. Mattie, when asked what she wants to be when she grows up, said, “I want to be an anime artist.” The way she plans to accomplish this goal is to finish college then move to Japan to go to art school.

Mattie is a sixth grader on the Blue Angels team at Red Bank Middle. She went to Red Bank Elementary school where her favorite teacher was Mr. Hale. She does not have an actual favorite subject but right now she loves science class. The main reason she loves science  is because she likes how Ms. Bryant cares more about you as a person not just your learning.
